After 40 years in the dental field, Dr. Kehmeier and his team stepped into retirement, only to realize that their passion for helping others was far from finished. Retirement wasn’t all it was cracked up to be, and after four years, they knew it was time to return to what they loved most: providing advanced, life-enhancing care. One of the highlights of Dr. Kehmeier’s career was his role as an experienced injector, bringing both aesthetic beauty and relief from facial pain to his patients. It was this passion that inspired the founding of Fresh Face Aesthetics.

Lisa Kehmeier is the visionary owner and CEO of Fresh Face Aesthetics, a leading provider of facial aesthetic services. With a rich background in business and finance, paired with extensive experience in health and wellness, Lisa has successfully bridged her diverse expertise to create a thriving practice dedicated to enhancing the natural beauty of her clients.
Before founding Fresh Face Aesthetics, Lisa played a pivotal role as the practice manager at Andy B. Kehmeier DDS, where she honed her skills in managing healthcare services and delivering exceptional patient care. Her transition into the aesthetic industry was fueled by a deep passion for helping others look and feel their best. Today, she works closely with medical professionals to offer state-of-the-art facial aesthetics using the latest injectables, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and PDO threads.
Beyond her professional achievements, Lisa is deeply committed to health and wellness, reflecting her personal dedication to living a balanced and vibrant life. Andy B. Kehmeier, DDS
Owner and Practitioner at Fresh Face Aesthetics
With over 40 years of experience in private dental practice, Dr. Andy B. Kehmeier has dedicated his career to not just improving smiles, but also enhancing facial aesthetics. A proud graduate of Kansas State University (Class of ’78) with degrees in biology and pre-dentistry, Andy went on to earn his DDS from Creighton School of Dentistry in 1982.
In the last decade of his dental career, Andy found a new passion as an advanced facial aesthetics injector. His commitment to perfection, combined with his artistic eye, has enabled him to create beautiful and natural results for his patients, addressing both aesthetic desires and medical needs.
Outside of his practice, Andy is an avid golfer, hunter, and fisherman, taking every opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors. He’s also a professional photographer, capturing the world through his lens with the same precision and artistry he brings to his work.
